We’re Arita and Bleona sisters, partners and the people behind Arita Management.
We created Arita Management because we wanted to build an agency that feels personal, human and genuinely connected.
We deliberately work with a small number of artists. We don’t want our clients to feel like they’re part of a catalogue or one of hundreds of names on a list. By keeping our books small, we can really get to know each artist their strengths, ambitions and the work they want to pursue and give each client the time and attention they deserve.
Arita graduated from the Oxford School of Drama in 2016 and has since worked as an actor and voice artist. This experience has given her a genuine understanding of the industry from the artist's side as well as the importance of finding the right people and the right opportunities.
A few years ago, we also ran a food business together. Although we’ve since sold the company, one of the things we loved most about building it was the people meeting founders, creatives and businesses, building relationships and making things happen through those connections.
That’s something we’ve brought with us into Arita Management.
We want to build meaningful relationships with casting directors, directors, producers and creatives, and to connect our artists with projects where we believe they can really shine.
We’re small by choice.
We’re hands on.
And we genuinely care about the people we represent.
